Contracts 4 Commerce was founded by Peter Brown, a veteran of law firms in both London and New York. Peter spent ten years at renowned intellectual property law practice Ladas & Parry in New York, at which he qualified as a Member of the New York Bar. He then relocated to London, where he served as a Partner at Hextalls LLP in the City and Michael Simkins LLP in the West End.

Peter's legal expertise encompasses all aspects of commercial law together with specialist knowledge in the fields of intellectual property and technology law.

Peter founded Contracts 4 Commerce as a streamlined business contract provider, in order to enable clients to obtain the documents required for their businesses in the most cost effective and timely manner possible, without compromising on quality of service.
